This notice explains how Abode Wharf Fit handles information submitted through abodewharf.homes. It applies to booking messages, email, and on-site intake notes for Bike fit studio work.

Booking forms collect your name, email, optional fit date, and the bike-geometry note you write.

The consent key stops the Abode Wharf banner from looping after you choose; it stays on your device.

Legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interest in answering enquiries under the laws of Japan. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected].

Messages are reviewed by the owner-operator in Fukuoka. Hosting logs may retain IP addresses for security for a limited period. Optional analytics run only after Accept on the cookie banner.

Appointments over walk-in browsing. Clear timelines before cleats are set. One reply confirms the slot.
